Evaluation summary reports

This page is currently under review as DSS undertakes a broader review of the audit programme in the coming months.

On this page, you will find a list of summary audit reports completed after 1 July 2015. These reports provide an overview of key findings and recommendations, and fully protect the rights and confidentiality of all people in the disability service audited. Copies of full audit reports can be requested under the Official Information Act.
