Contracts

DSS commissions and funds a range of services under different contract models. This page links to information on the different contracts we have across the categories of services we commission.

The form of contract used by DSS differs depending on the service being commissioned. As a standard, DSS utilises an outcome agreement contract model.

The tiles/boxes below include information on the contracts and service specifications for the different categories of service commissioned and funded by DSS.

Service Specifications:

The Tier One Service Specifications outline the requirements common to all services funded by DSS under the Streamlined Contract Framework.

  • Tier Two Service Specifications outline the service specific requirements for services funded by Disability Support Services under the Streamlined Contract Framework.
  • Tier Three Service Specifications should be read along with the related Tier Two Service Specifications.
