Our Quality team runs regular online forums for DSS funded providers of disability support services, to keep them updated on quality-related topics.

About the forums
Topics covered in the 60-minute forums will be of varied interest to different provider service types and care settings.
The forums will be open to all providers.
We’ll co-host some forums with other organisations, e.g. Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality and Safety Commission.
For each upcoming forum we’ll let you know:
- When it will be held
- Who should attend
- What we’ll cover
- How to register.
All provider forums will be recorded. The recordings will be available on our Previous forums page.
Upcoming forums
Join us on 12 August for our next Provider Quality Forum, where we'll launch new resources and guidance to support consistent, high-quality care record keeping across disability support services.
We'll also provide an update on the wider Care Records Improvement Project and share progress being made across the sector.
If you can’t attend, recordings and all the materials shared will be available on the DSS website after 12 August.
