These guidelines set out how Disability Support Services (DSS) will manage funding in the 2025/26 Financial Year. They also provide guidance to Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) organisations and Enabling Good Lives (EGL) sites on managing Annual Budgets.
December 2025 update
From 1 December 2025, NASCs and EGL sites must adopt the Community Group Home Pricing Model when planning and funding residential support packages. The Operational Policy and Guidelines have been updated to reflect this change.
